Genome-wide expression profiling of B Lymphocytes reveals IL4R increase in allergic asthma- GSE52742
In this study we present the first genome-wide expression profiling of peripheral B cells by massive parallel RNA sequencing in patients with allergic asthma validating the discovery potential of this approach in allergy.

RNA-seq was used to asses expression differences in B CD19 Lymphocytes from house dust mite allergic patients and healthy controls. |
house dust mite allergy.
3 healthy controls.
Results were generated using the WASP system pipeline provided by Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Raw FASTQ files were trimmed for adapter sequences using quart. Alignment to the reference genome was performed using gsnap.Assignment of reads to genes was performed by htseq-count.Genome_build: HG 19Supplementary_files_format_and_content: A txt file format containing the Ensemble ID and the absolute number of counts per ID
